Thank you again for attending try-outs today.  The following needs to be complete tonight to make you eligible for the USA Rugby Regional Cup Tournament in Indianapolis.

DIRECTIONS:

1. Go to hiperforms.com
2. Click on “New Account”
3. Complete the “Create New HiPer Account” Form
4. Once completed, an email will be sent to your email address inputted into the “New Account” box which will contain a link to activate your account. 
5. Club Membership. Search for your current Club Name from the drop-down box and select it. Select “Player” for role, and enter the start date (this can be the date you are filling out the form). Then hit “Apply”. If your club is not listed, select “my club is not listed” and fill in the information required and hit “Apply”.
6. Complete your Profile. Once logged in, you will need to finalize your profile by filling out the required information. Anything not shown as “REQUIRED” can be left blank.
7. Note: You can take a photo of State I.D. and School I.D. to upload for requirements 
8. Note: to upload a photo click the little "i" in the upper left hand corner of each box
9. After completing your profile, click the checkbox indicating that the information you’ve entered is correct and then hit “Apply”
10. Updating your password. Once you’ve entered this information your account is up to date. Click on the “Account” Tab and update your password to something you will remember
11. Click on CAMP ENROLLMENT
12. Click on Venue Search (drop down box) and choose Cyntheanne Rugby Park, Fishers, IN, United States (US) - Click "Search"
13. Scroll down and choose Rugby Michigan All Stars (Midwest RCT Boys Varsity)
14. Click Apply

USA Rugby's Regional Cup Tournaments (RCTs) are the pathway to collegiate rugby play, college recruitment and exposure, and selection to the High School All American Teams!

Team Selection:

• A Rugby Michigan representative Select Side team will be chosen from the players who participate in the East v. West All Star Game
• Players will be extended an invite to Indianapolis to participate in the Regional Cup Tournament
• At this time we will be taking a Boys Varsity team (grades 11 and 12).
• Practices June 12 - 23, (Specific times and dates TBD) Note: practices will not be everyday
• If selected to the Rugby Michigan Select Side Team there is a mandatory fee of $125 per player.  This player fee includes:
  • Exposure to College and USA Rugby coaches and Selectors.
  • Travel, stay, and food for Midwest RCT in Indianapolis.
  • Team Entry into Midwest RCT.
  • Play against the highest level of HS competition in the Mid-West
  • Practice and perform under the direction of a university coach
  • Select Side Game Kit (Jersey and Shorts) to keep.

Midwest RCT (Regional Cup Tournament) – June 24 - 25, 2017 – Indianapolis, IN

• The Rugby Michigan team will travel to Indianapolis and stay in a hotel.
• Travel June 23, Return June 25
